ONE OF MY DD'S AND HER CHILD KARISSA , I AM SO PROUD OF HER SHE WORKS, GOES TO COLLAGE FULL TIME AND IS EXPECTING ANOTHERBABY, YET SHE NEVER FAILS TO COME OVER TO SEE ME OR HELP ME WHLE I'VE BEEN SICK ALMOST EVERYDAY.. AND SHE'S SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN WHO TRULY DOSEN'T KNOW IT!!USED WILD ASPARAGUS PAPERS AND TAG AND FRAMES ADDED MY OWN FLOWERS AND RIBBONS, THIS IS AN OLD LO I DID MAYBE A YR AGO...

my dad with my dgd Karissa, she loves her PaPa!! the happiness card from 7Gypies tells of all her fav thing to do in fla. where they live.. the hearts are chalked and i cut them out of Prima Paintables sheet i think the together is from wild asparagus i just cut one block off and inked it. stamps are autumn leaves the paper is the back side of Explore-Discovery, White Out by We R Memory keepers which is the page before this one. flowers are petaloo so is the butterfly. i got the inspiration for the title while i was at Retrojulie's blog site. she has awesome music on her site! thanks Retrojulie!! this fits them to a T!! |

Karissa and her papa they live in Fla so we only get to see them a few times a year.. this paper is by We R Memory Keepers..Explore- Discovery White Out collection, i loved using it ! it has fun attitude!! flowers and butterfly are from petaloo

Journaling starts on the circles to the top right of the picture and finishes on tags in file folder:

used mostly jennie bowlin items, painted one coner white, took rubons and put them on clear piece of plastic and cut out to make it stand out ...the title refers to a song by Holly Dunn, which the lyrics are under the title. usd alot of ink on this one.. |

fancy pants paper, painted all around the pic to hide some of the other words on the paper and added flowers and buttons and stickles in the center of some of them also brush some of the stickles on the fabric hearts and flowers the word dream is a wooden piece i painted by provo craft, the metal trim is "mon petit" also by provo craft and added lace.. and handstiched the rosetts at the top.. this is my new dgd about a week old... |

this lo and the one before it were mainly done with just pattern papers and rubons, inked and used pop dots for height, bird and branch is Maya Road "birds of a feather" i just inked it, added flowers from my local dept store. the frame over the baby's face is an empty Prima tin lid that i had and i added bling to it.,, i almost threw away this pic cos it was blurry, but once i turned it into black and white and added the frame it turned out ok? dont you think? TFL! |

its called this because i miss the way we used to be, when we didnt have so many health issues, and that is a summary of what it says. Under the flower, is hidden journaling.. used blue vellum torn and blue raspberry blossom paper from deja views, a basic grey magnet holds the metal frame to the page and you lift off the reveal the journaling. the flower on top is glued to the fame.used basic grey holy cow rubons,the date stickers are Doodlebug design ive had for a long time, i ran out of the number "" so i cut around the negative space on the sticker sheet and used that instead. added jewels. i couldnt show you the shot i took of the journaling showing cos the file was too big...i still have to figure that one out! sorry.. |
